Founded in 2022, Chains Disc Golf & Wellness is a modern, community-focused gym designed to fit your lifestyle. With 24-hour member access, you can work out on your schedule—not ours. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or maintaining your routine, our space is welcoming, flexible, and dedicated to your wellness.

Your first workout is always on us—experience the space before committing.

All gym sign-ups can be completed in person during our retail hours: Friday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our retail entrance is located on St. Catharine Street, shared with Championship City Boxing.
